By accessing or using this website, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms included in the Agreement, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If there is any sections of the Agreement at whole or in part that the User does not agree with, please do not continue to use this website.Without prior notice to the User, SYMACK may revise the content within the Agreement as well as information contained within this website at its own discretion. SYMACK may also make improvements or changes to the various Programs, Services, and/or Products described in this site at any time and without notice to the User.

The SYMACK website contains certain proprietary notices and copyright information, of which must be observed and followed. SYMACK grants the User non-exclusive and limited permissions to access and display the web pages within this site as an end-user or potential SYMACK customer. By accessing the web pages within this site the User agrees to comply the Agreement, and all Copyright/Trademark as well as proprietary notices. The User may only use a crawler to crawl the contents of this website as permitted by the website’s crawler protocol. As part of the Agreement, SYMACK reserves the right to block any crawlers that do not comply with SYMACK’s crawler protocol at SYMACK’s sole discretion. Users under the Agreement are authorized to leverage the SYMACK site in a non-commercial manner, and agree that the content, in part or whole, accessed by Users access through the SYMACK website will note be resold in any way or form. As part of the Agreement, SYMACK does no allow Users with any implied rights to trademarks, copyrights, patents, proprietary material and/or intellectual property made available within the SYMACK website. By sending any information or material using the SYMACK website, the User grants SYMACK an unrestricted and irrevocable ability to copy, modify, reproduce, post, transmit, publish, re-/distribute, make public, and use freely at SYMACK’s own discretion, the information submitted by the User using the SYMACK website.The User also agrees that SYMACK may freely use any of the ideas, concepts, knowledge, or techniques submitted by the User using the SYMACK website. As part of the Terms of Use, SYMACK acknowledges that it will not release any personal information such as names, address information and emails, or otherwise make public the submission of the material by the User unless: (a) SYMACK receives written permission to disclose such personal information; or (b) SYMACK notifies the User that the material, personal or other information using the SYMACK website will be published; or (c) SYMACK is required to disclose information as enforced by law. Personal information submitted by the User to SYMACK for the purpose of procuring products and services or establishing relationships will be handled in accordance with SYMACK’s Privacy policies.
